The Mariner’s Club

The Mariner’s Club is a 28 unit condominium building in the heart of Prescott’s waterfront and our first building featuring our signature front to back design. The Mariner’s Club is situated on former forwarding lands and while not technically a brownfield the site still required environmental remediation and risk assessment.

An unmistakable landmark, the Mariner’s Club began our tradition of stellar waterfront properties on under utilized sites along the St. Lawrence.
