The Bell Tower Building commemorates the old bell tower that stood on the site; which was an integral part of the community, ringing in each and every work shift. The Bell Tower is an innovative design characterized by its “Front to Back” units and its panoramic view of the St. Lawrence River. These layouts stretch from the North to the South elevation, affording beautiful outdoor living space on each side of the 52 units. First floor units feature a private terrace in lieu of the front porch and rear facing balcony, a highly sought after feature for avid gardeners and pet owners alike! The Bell Tower design is very environmentally friendly, as such it also features a surprisingly low operating cost. The Bell Tower contains 52 units and 5655 sq.ft. of commercial space.
